Traction & Alignment … 2024 – 2025 forward
There is mass amount of confusion right now in the spiritual realm. It is looking to hinder our traction.
I recently ordered new tire for winter. At first, they could not find the winter tires that had been ordered, but then after a short while they were located. They apologized said I would have my car back in an hour.
God is not the author of … Instability
As I am waiting outside, I am pacing behind there business praying in the spirit. I hear a voice call my name. It is the couple that we co-lead with for our House Fire Church. They are at a store called LORDCO. The word that Ronelda had as she was calling out my name was that the Lord was hiding me in the cleft of the rock and passing by me.
Again, we had a divine moment that was not planned, but it was by the Lord as we stood at LORDCO. You have to see in the spirit to see the connection and authority of coming together in divine moments that are ordained by the Lord.
We will need to be aligned by the Lord in this next season to gain the traction that we need so we are able to advance.
Divine encounters with God … Divine encounters with others … at “LORDCO”
They leave and I continue to pray. There is a serious contending in my heart that I can not get past on this morning. Something feels wrong yet I am unable to source the why. I get a call from the tire shop and they are confused again about why the car was in their shop.
Again, I explain the details of what had been discussed on the phone when the work order was created. I am noticing God’s hand in the middle of it all so I am patient and kind with the process that I find myself in. They start the work yet there is still that unsettling in my spirit that I cannot shake.
God is not the Author of … Disorder
There is a war, and the Lord is at work. I go back at the time allotted to pick up my car and it is not there. So, I asked the person at the front desk, and I was informed that they moved it over into the alignment shop to have it aligned. I never ordered an alignment were my words. Still polite but firm.
They apologized and said it would be ready shortly. Several more minutes pass and they bring my car new winter tires, and the summers were to be put in the back seat as well as the trunk. They do not charge me for the alignment. I pay for my new winter tires and off I go.
By time I arrive at my next stop I am sensing again something is wrong. I decide to check the trunk to make sure my tires for the next spring were actually put in the car. I opened the trunk no tires. Again, confusion at a very high level dealing with traction. Just to get moving in the right direction on this day was anything but easy.
God is not the Author of … Disturbance
I called the tire shop again and asked where my tires were. Now we are dealing with the tires that I will need for next year spring time. You need to be able to see forward and God is always clear as to what it is going to take to advance. The question is are we paying attention.
I went back to the tire shop and thought I would review my bill at this point since it had already been such a weird day. They had not charged me to swap my tires over from the summer to the winters. As I walked in the person behind the counter acted nervous like he was afraid I was going to lose it. I remained calm, spoke kindly, and asked the questions that were needed.
I brought it up about not being charged for the winter tires being swapped over. He acknowledged that they forgot to charge me for that as well. I said I was willing to pay for it. He looked me in the eyes almost relieved that I did not get upset, and said no this one is on us.
Being honest and staying calm in the midst of the storm shines forth
I grabbed my tires put them in the car and left. In the midst of their chaos, God saw it fit to save me money that I was not expecting. That day I saved just under 300 dollars. I did not do anything to have to receive it, I just had to accept it.
Read what 2 Timothy 1:7 says;
Be strong, because God has given us his Spirit. And his Spirit does not cause us to be afraid. Instead, his Spirit causes us to be powerful to serve God. He helps us to love God and other people. And he helps us to control ourselves properly. (2 Timothy 1:7 EASY)
What is happening in the spirit and what are we looking at in the season ahead of us. This is a question that must be raised and answered for us to gain insight into what we can expect in the days to come.
- Increased measures of confusion that must be met head on
- We will not always have in-sight that the attack is right upon us
- Increased measures of prayer is required … all hands-on deck to be able to continue forward.
- Divine moments where we will need to recognize those God has brought forth into our path to help us gain the traction needed to advance … Remember the Lord is the owner of LORDCO
- When we realize that God’s timing is perfect, we can rest in the midst of the storm and confusion that is raging all around us … knowing that He has gone before us
- It is an hour to put our best foot forward … we are able to see and discern the storm … the world is caught in the confusion and is massively affected by it
- We are entering into a season where the enemy is throwing everything, he can our way in hopes of tripping us up
- When we get up-set and allow the pressures of the day to get the best of us we lose our focus and mis-step the order and the timing of the Lord
- We are in a season where we will need to devote much time to praying in the spirit to stay on top of our game. When the enemy comes at you like a flood it is the Lord who raises a standard against him
- We are contending for higher-ground
- Buckle-up it is going to be a fast ride
- We have gained traction, or the enemy would not be spending so much energy trying to throw us off our game plan
- Stay the course – look straight ahead of you and do not allow the distractions of the day to side-step the path you are on
- Stay calm, be polite, give kindness, keep an open eye for the blessing in the midst of the storm
- We are in a season between now and summer next year where the enemy is looking for everything and anything to slow down our momentum
- We also need to see that our ministries need to be realigned with others to survive the days ahead … we come together and support others, and as we do we become a force that moves mountains
- We are not shrinking back, we are advancing forward. As we witness the crumbling that is taking place around us, we are to advance as the world retreats
Forward Momentum:
This is me walking into the enemy’s territory and raising the banner of salvation for all the world to see. Every where we go there is always going to be an opportunity to shine the Light, the love, and over time win a lost and dying world to the message of salvation. The question I asked myself today is, am I a good representation of that message of life.
As we raise our banners, we raise up the love of Jesus. Every where we go, we need to recognize that we are in the enemy’s territory. Plunder it with all of our hearts.
Couple of verses to meditate upon:
So shall they fear the name of the Lord from the west, And His glory from the rising of the sun; When the enemy comes in like a flood, The Spirit of the Lord will lift up a standard against him. (Isaiah 59:19 NKJV)
16 Rejoice always, 17 pray without ceasing, 18 in everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you. (1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 NKJV)
Keep your head up, your eyes straight ahead, and your focus fixed on what is in front of you. (Proverbs 4:25 Voice)
Cleft of the Rock
So it shall be, while My glory passes by, that I will put you in the cleft of the rock, and will cover you with My hand while I pass by. (Exodus 33:22 NKJV)
